Showcase Homes, a division of SHO Mobile Home Brokers, Inc. has been in business since 1999 at our new location in Malta, NY. We have been doing business in the Saratoga Springs area since 1982. The dealership has been owned and operated continuously by the same family.

Showcase Homes offers the largest selection of manufactured homes in Saratoga County. Some of our manufacturers include Champion, Fleetwood and Bill Lake Modular Homes (which are manufactured locally). Our offerings include single and doublewide manufactured homes and modular ranches, capes, chalets and 2 story colonial homes. We have numerous floor plans to choose from; or you can custom build your own modular home.

We carry the only modular home with a 7 YEAR WARRANTY!!! Yes, a 7-year warranty. Bill Lake Modular homes is the only manufacturer in the industry to offer such a warranty. Other manufacturers only offer a 1 year structural warranty.

Service
At Showcase Homes, we employ our own set crew. Set and services is run by one of the owners. This means that Showcase has control over when and how your set is completed. Our set and service crew take great pride in their work and look forward to working with you.
